The Northern Illinois Critical Incident Stress Management (NICISM) Team is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

We provide confidential crisis intervention services at no cost to emergency personnel and departments within a nine-county metropolitan area.

We rely solely on the generous support of individuals, departments, groups and corporations to continue helping emergency service personnel who so selflessly help others.
